New updates coming to killer-panda's forum

Assuming we aren't all IP banned when the attacks on pso2's servers stop, I'm working on new topics discussing and explaining new updates to the team forum.

the updates will include:

• An up coming team art work contest, where winners may receive Arks Cash or large Meseta prizes!!!
  

• A large Meseta drawing for those who reach a certain Team Point count!
  

• Updated version of skill tree discussion featuring various builds for lots of different class combinations!
  

• Conditions for becoming one of KP's Team Managers!
  

• An actual rule list (instead of the member that does something wrong but doesn't know its wrong getting in big trouble or being kicked for it)

The skill trees are being delayed due to the ep3 revamp they'll come sometime in September.

The steps for becoming a manager are just about done, ill post them here later, but for now just see me about that.

The TP meseta drawing and the art contest are being pushed back to October, the TP drawing may be canceled, idk yet ill have to decide.
